(1) Project procurement manager
Responsible for overseeing and managing team across Project, Site team and Procurement in reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements in order to maximise the process efficiency and project completion on time. In addition, they play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with clients, designers, vendors and contractors.
(2) PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Responsible in overseeing and managing sourcing capabilities and procurement operation. He/she is responsible for strategy and negotiating with vendors in terms of price, delivery and service while ensuring highest commitment to the company by satisfying the customer needs with quality work and efficiency by improving the processes, build effective team and manage ambiguity.
